90-244. Department of Administrative Services; sell or lease State Office Building in Omaha; distribution of proceeds.The Department of Administrative Services is authorized to sell or lease the property known as the State Office Building located at 210 North 78th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The legal description of this property is part of lot 1 of block 1, Tower Plaza Addition in the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 23, township 15 north, range 12 east of the 6th principal meridian in Douglas County, Nebraska. The department is authorized to sell the property or, if it is in the best interest of the state, the department may lease the property for a term not to exceed twenty years. The lease may contain an option to purchase the property at a value to be determined by the department. Proceeds of the sale or lease shall be paid to the Department of Administrative Services Cash Fund established in section 81-1108.17. SourceLaws 1985, LB 420, § 1.
