90-514. Transfer to Nebraska Cultural PreservationEndowment Fund.TheState Treasurer shall transfer an amount as directed by the budget administratorof the budget division of the Department of Administrative Services, pursuantto subdivisions (3) and (4) of section 82-331, not to exceed $500,000, plusan amount equal to unused transfer authority from the prior fiscal year, fromthe General Fund to the Nebraska Cultural Preservation Endowment Fund on December31, 2010, or as soon thereafter as administratively possible.
