Any individual, including the transferor of the qualified disposition, may serve as a trust advisor as described in RSA 564-D:4. However, if such transferor serves as the trust advisor, his or her rights and powers as a trust advisor shall be limited to the right to disapprove distributions from the trust and the right to consent to a trustee's action or inaction relating to the investment of trust assets.
