Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXV > CHAPTER188-D > 188-D-1It is the purpose of this chapter to consolidate and improve the role of the state of New Hampshire in planning for the most effective use of its resources in providing adequate postsecondary education including vocational education for its citizens and to facilitate securing for the students and educational institutions of the state the benefits provided by the congress in Public Law 92-318 Education Amendments of 1972 and other federal programs. For said purpose there shall be established a New Hampshire postsecondary education commission as suggested in section 1202 of said Public Law 92-318. The postsecondary education commission shall be the successor to both the coordinating board of advanced education and accreditation and New Hampshire higher education facilities commission.
