Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXV > CHAPTER194 > 194-26The person applying for the pupil's transfer, or the governing board of the school with which the district has made the contract, may appeal from the decision of the school board to the state board within 10 days from the date of the filing of the order, or if no order is filed within 10 days after the application. The state board may upon such appeal, or if application is made directly therefor, modify the provisions of RSA 194:22 when conditions of transportation or accessibility require such action for the best interests of the pupil, and the order of the board shall be final and binding upon any school board affected thereby.
