Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXV > CHAPTER198 > 198-20-aNo state moneys or moneys raised and appropriated by any political subdivision of the state or any federal moneys administered by the state or any political subdivision thereof shall be paid or granted to a nonpublic school for the education and training of disabled children as defined by RSA 186-C:2, I which has not been approved by the state board of education pursuant to those policies adopted under the provisions of RSA 186:11, XXIX.
