Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXIV > CHAPTER371 > 371-21The commission shall determine the compensation, if any, to be paid to the owners of lands bordering on such public waters for any damage thereto occasioned by the continuation and maintenance of any such structures, subject to appeal as provided in RSA 371:10. The commission shall also determine the amount of compensation to be paid to the state for rights on public lands as above provided.
