24:6B-9.  Adulteration or misbranding of drug;  examination of records    Whenever an officer or employee of the department finds, or has probable cause to believe, that any drug is adulterated or misbranded, he shall have the  right to examine and copy any records listing the ingredients used in the manufacture of such drug and the source of such ingredients and any records concerning the storage or shipment of such drug to determine whether the provisions of this act or of subtitle 1 of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes relating to adulteration or misbranding are being complied with.
