27:1A-5.10. Consultation with other agencies 4. The Department of Transportation shall consult with the Department of Labor, the Office of State Planning, the New Jersey Commission on Capital Budgeting and Planning and any other federal, State, regional or local agency having an interest in the preparation of the urban transportation supplement to the State Transportation Plan.
