Educational program for safe operation of bicycles; fund The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall use a portion of the fund established pursuant to section 22 of P.L.1983, c. 105 (C. 39:4-14.3v) for the purpose of providing an educational program for the safe operation of bicycles.

39:4-14.3w.Appropriation of fees
23.The fees collected pursuant to this act shall be appropriated to the Division of Motor Vehicles.
