58:10-23.11f21. Act not applicable to certain contracts or agreements 20. The provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act shall not affect any contract or agreement for legal defense and indemnification entered into by the Department of Environmental Protection with a contractor pursuant to P.L.1986, c.59 prior to the effective date of P.L.1991, c.373 (C.58:10-23.11f8 et al.).
