10-12C-14. Cost-of-living adjustment.
A yearly cost-of-living adjustment shall be made to each pension payable pursuant to the provisions of the Magistrate Retirement Act [10-12C-1 NMSA 1978] as provided in the Public Employees Retirement Act [Chapter 10, Article 11 NMSA 1978].
10-12C-14. Cost-of-living adjustment.
