12-13A-3. Definitions.
As used in the New Mexico-Chihuahua Commission Act [12-13A-1 to 12-13A-6 NMSA 1978]:
A. "Chihuahua" means the state of Chihuahua, Mexico; and
B. "commission" means the New Mexico-Chihuahua commission.
