§1‑231.  What judge approves judgments.

In all cases where a judgment,decree or order of the superior court is required to be approved by a judge, itshall be approved by the judge having jurisdiction of receivers andinjunctions. (1876‑7, c. 223, s. 3; 1879, c. 63; 1881, c. 51;Code, s. 432; Rev., s. 571; C.S., s. 611.)
