§1‑266.  Uniformity of interpretation.

This Article shall be sointerpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniformthe law of those states which enact it, and to harmonize, as far as possible,with federal laws and regulations on the subject of declaratory judgments anddecrees. (1931, c. 102, s. 15.)
