§1‑281.  Appeals from judgments not in session.

When appeals are taken fromjudgments of the clerk or judge not made in session, the clerk is authorized tomake any and all necessary orders for the perfecting of such appeals. (Ex.Sess. 1921, c. 92, s. 19a; C.S., s. 642(a); 1971, c. 381, s. 12.)
