Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_1 > GS_1-310§1‑310. When dated and returnable.
Executions shall be dated asof the day on which they were issued, and shall be returnable to the court fromwhich they were issued not more than 90 days from said date, and no executionsagainst property shall issue until 10 days after entry of judgment.
