§1‑316.  Sale of trust estates; purchaser's title.

Upon the sale under executionof trust estates whereof the  judgment debtor is beneficiary the sheriff shallexecute a deed to the purchaser, and the purchaser thereof shall hold and enjoythe same freed and discharged from all encumbrances of the trustee.
