§1‑339.32.  Public sale; final report of person, other than commissioneror trustee in deed of trust.

An administrator, executor orcollector of a decedent's estate, or a receiver, or a guardian or trustee of aminor's or incompetent's estate, or an administrator, collector, conservator orguardian of an absent or missing person's estate, is not required to file aspecial account of his receipts and disbursements for property sold at publicsale pursuant to this Article unless so directed by the judge or clerk of courthaving jurisdiction of the sale proceeding, but shall include in his nextfollowing account or report, either annual or final, an account of suchreceipts and disbursements.
