§1‑354.  Proceedings against joint debtors.

Proceedings supplemental toexecution may be taken upon the return of an execution unsatisfied, issued upona judgment recovered in an action against joint debtors, in which some of thedefendants have not been served with the summons by which the action wascommenced, so far as relates to the joint property of such debtors; and allactions by creditors to obtain satisfaction of judgments out of the property ofjoint debtors are maintainable in like manner and to the like effect. Theseprovisions apply to all proceedings and actions pending and to those terminatedby final decree or judgment.
