§1‑357.  Incriminating answers not privileged; not used in criminalproceedings.

No person, on examinationpursuant to this Article, is excused from answering any question on the groundthat it will tend to convict him of the commission of a crime or that he has,before the examination, executed any conveyance, assignment or transfer of hisproperty for any purpose, but his answer shall not be used as evidence againsthim in any criminal proceeding or prosecution.
