§1‑412.  Undertaking before order.

Before making the order thecourt or judge shall require a written undertaking on the part of the plaintiffof at least one hundred dollars ($100.00), with sufficient surety, payable tothe defendant, to the effect that if the defendant recovers judgment theplaintiff will pay all damages which he sustains by reason of the arrest, notexceeding the sum specified in the undertaking.
