§1‑510.  Defendant ordered to satisfy admitted sum.

When the answer of thedefendant expressly, or by not denying, admits part of the plaintiff's claim tobe just, the judge, on motion, may order the defendant to satisfy that part ofthe claim, and may enforce the order as it enforces a judgment or provisionalremedy. (C.C.P., s. 215; Code, s. 382; Rev., s. 852; C.S., s.865.)
