§1‑528.  Mandamus to aid relator.

In any civil action brought totry the title or right to hold any office, when the judgment of the court is infavor of the relator in the action, it is the duty of the court to issue a writof mandamus or such other process as is necessary and proper to carry thejudgment into effect, and to induct the party entitled into office. (1885,c. 406, s. 1; Rev., s. 841; C.S., s. 883.)
