§ 1‑569.26. Jurisdiction.

(a)        A court of thisState having jurisdiction over the controversy and the parties to an agreementto arbitrate may enforce the agreement to arbitrate.

(b)        An agreement toarbitrate providing for arbitration in this State confers exclusivejurisdiction on the court to enter judgment on an award under this Article. (1927, c. 94, s. 3; 1973, c.676, s. 1; 2003‑345, s. 2.)
