The provisions of this Articlegoverning the legal effect, validity, and enforceability of electronic recordsor electronic signatures, and of contracts performed with the use of theserecords or signatures, conform to the requirements of section 102 of theElectronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001, etseq., or as otherwise authorized by federal or State law governing these electronicrecords or electronic signatures.
