Due to variations which may occur between the analyses or tests andlikewise between label statements and the results of subsequent analyses andtests, recognized tolerances shall be employed in the enforcement of theprovisions of this Article, except as otherwise established by appropriaterules and regulations promulgated under authority of this Article.
