§ 106‑335. StateVeterinarian to carry out provisions of Article; how moneys paid out.
The State Veterinarian is authorized, himself or by his representative,to do all things specified in this Article. All moneys authorized to be paidshall be paid from the State treasury and the State Treasurer is herebyauthorized to make such payment. (1919, c. 62, s. 13; C.S., s. 4894; 1983, c. 913, s. 13.)
