§ 106‑347. Qualified veterinarian.

The words "qualified veterinarian" which appear in G.S. 106‑336to 106‑350 shall be construed to mean a veterinarian approved by theState Veterinarian and the chief of the United States Bureau of Animal Industryfor the tuberculin testing of cattle intended for interstate shipment. (1921, c. 177, s. 12; C.S., s. 4895(l).)
