§ 106‑400.1.  Swinedisease testing.

In order to control or preventthe spread of swine diseases, the Board of Agriculture may adopt rulesauthorizing the State Veterinarian or an authorized representative to enter, atreasonable times, the premises where swine are kept and to examine the swineand obtain blood or tissue samples for testing purposes. The State Veterinarianmay quarantine swine that have not been properly tested.  (1987, c. 793, s. 1; 2001‑12,s. 6; 2003‑6, s. 1; 2005‑21, s. 1; 2009‑103, s. 1.)
