The North Carolina Board of Agriculture is hereby authorized topromulgate regulations as it may deem necessary to effectuate the purposes ofthis Article, including but not limited to, tolerances for biological residues.It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Article orany regulation promulgated by the Board under authority of this Article.
