§ 106‑552. Associations, activity, etc., deemed not in restraint of trade.
No association, meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of theprovisions of this Article and intended to benefit all of the producers,handlers and processors of a particular commodity shall be deemed or consideredillegal or in restraint of trade. (1947, c. 1018, s. 3.)
