§ 106‑568.21. Effect of more than one‑third vote against assessment in referendum.
If in such referendum more than one‑third of the tobacco farmerseligible to participate therein and voting therein shall vote in the negativeand against the levying or collection of such assessment, then no assessmentshall be levied or collected pursuant to that referendum.
