§ 106‑65.39. Judicial enforcement.

The commissioner may apply to either the superior or district court foran injunction to prevent and restrain violations of this Article and the rulesand regulations adopted under this Article, provided however, that the districtcourt shall have original jurisdiction to hear and determine allegedmisdemeanor violations of the Article and the rules and regulations of thecommittee.
