§ 106‑65.59. Request for assistance from insurance fund.
Within the meaning of Article VI(b) or Article VIII(a), a request orapplication for assistance from the insurance fund may be made by theCommissioner of Agriculture or his designee whenever in his judgment theconditions qualifying this State for such assistance exist and it would be inthe best interest of this State to make such request.
