§ 106‑670. Appealsfrom assessments and orders of Commissioner.
Nothing contained in this Article shall prevent any person fromappealing to a court of competent jurisdiction from any assessment of penaltyor other final order or ruling of the Commissioner or Board of Agriculture. (1947, c. 1086, s. 22; 1977, c. 303, s. 16.)
