§ 106‑713. Revocation or suspension of registration.
The Commissioner, upon a finding that a registered biologic is beingproduced, sold or distributed in violation of this Article or any rules orregulations promulgated thereunder, may revoke or suspend the regulation inaccordance with Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
