§ 106‑821. Findings.

The General Assembly finds that the horse industry makes an importantcontribution to the State's economy, and that it is appropriate for the Stateto provide a means for horse owners to voluntarily assess themselves in orderto provide funds to promote the interests of the horse industry. (1998‑154, s. 1.)
