§ 108A‑26.  Certainfinancial assistance and in‑kind goods not considered in determiningassistance paid under Chapters 108A and 111.

Financial assistance and in‑kind goods or services received froma governmental agency, or from a civic or charitable organization, shall not beconsidered in determining the amount of assistance to be paid any person underChapters 108A and 111 of the General Statutes provided that such financialassistance and in‑kind goods and services are incorporated in therehabilitation plan of such person being assisted by the Division of VocationalRehabilitation Services or the Division of Services for the Blind of theDepartment of Health and Human Services, except where such goods and servicesare required to be considered by federal law or regulations.
