§ 108A‑68. DrugUse Review Program; rules.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 90 of the General Statutes orof any other provision of law, the Division of Medical Assistance, Departmentof Health and Human Services, shall adopt rules implementing the drug usereview provisions of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, as amended.(1991 (Reg.
