§ 10B‑125. Electronicsignature, electronic seal.
(a) The notary'selectronic signature in combination with the electronic notary seal shall beused only for the purpose of performing electronic notarial acts.
(b) The Secretary shalladopt rules necessary to establish standards, procedures, practices, forms, andrecords relating to a notary's electronic signature and electronic seal. Thenotary's electronic seal and electronic signature shall conform to anystandards adopted by the Secretary. (2005‑391, s. 4.)
