§ 110‑130.2. Collection of spousal support.

Spousal support shall be collected for a spouse or former spouse withwhom the absent parent's child is living when a child support order is beingenforced under this Article. However, the spousal support shall be collected:(i) only if there is an order establishing the support obligation with respectto such spouse; and (ii) only if an order establishing the support obligationwith respect to the child is being enforced under this Article. The ChildSupport Enforcement Program is not authorized to assist in the establishment ofa spousal support obligation. (1985, c. 506, s. 1.)
