§ 110‑139.3.  High‑volume,automated administrative enforcement in interstate cases (AEI).

Upon request of another state, the Department of Health and HumanServices shall use automated data processing to search State databases anddetermine if information is available regarding a parent who owes a childsupport obligation and shall seize identified assets using the same techniquesas used in intrastate cases. Any request by another state to enforce supportorders shall certify the amount of each obligor's debt and that appropriate dueprocess requirements have been met by the requesting state with respect to eachobligor. The Department of Health and Human Services shall likewise transmit toother states requests for assistance in enforcing support orders through high‑volume,automated administrative enforcement where appropriate.
