§ 111‑12.1. Acceptance of private contributions for particular facilities authorized.

In addition to other powers and duties granted it by law, theDepartment of Health and Human Services is hereby authorized to acceptcontributions of funds made by any private individual, agency or organizationeven though a condition of the contribution may be that the funds be utilizedfor the establishment of a particular public or private nonprofit workshop,rehabilitation center or other facility established for the purpose ofproviding training or employment for eligible blind persons.
