§ 111‑12.2. Contributions treated as State funds to match federal funds.
The Department of Health and Human Services is further authorized totreat any funds received in accordance with G.S. 111‑12.1 as State fundsfor the purpose of accepting any funds made available under federal law on amatching basis for the establishment of such facilities.
