§ 111‑31.  Courtsfor purposes of §§ 111‑30 to 111‑33; records.

For the purposes of G.S. 111‑30 to 111‑33 the court may beeither a domestic relations court established pursuant to Article 13, Chapter7, General Statutes, or the clerk of the superior court in the county havingresponsibility for the administration of the particular aid to the blindpayments. The court may, for the purposes of G.S. 111‑30 to 111‑33,direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to maintain recordspertaining to all aspects of any personal representative proceeding, which thecourt may adopt as the court's record and in lieu of the maintenance ofseparate records by the court.
