§ 111‑46.  Vendingfacilities operated by those other than blind persons.

Where vending facilities on State property are operated by those otherthan blind persons on the date of enactment of this Article, the contract ofthese vending facilities shall not be renewed or extended unless the Secretaryof the Department of Health and Human Services is notified of the proposedrenewal or extension and the Secretary determines within 30 days of thisnotification that the vending facilities are not, or cannot become, suited foroperation by the blind. If the Secretary of the Department of Health and HumanServices within 30 days of the date of this notification fails to provide forthe operation of the vending facilities by the blind, the existing contract maybe renewed or extended.
