(a) No one may hunt or fish, or enter to hunt or fish, on theregistered and posted property of another without having in possession a validentry permit issued to him.
(b) No one may hunt or fish, or enter to hunt or fish, on theregistered property of another without having in possession a valid entrypermit issued to him if he has reason to know the property had been posted.
(c) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable asprovided in G.S. 113‑135. (1981, c. 854, s. 1.)
