§ 113‑43. Statenot obligated for debts created hereunder.
Obligations for the acquisition of land incurred by the Departmentunder the authority of G.S. 113‑40 to 113‑44 shall be paid solelyand exclusively from revenues derived from such lands and shall not impose anyliability upon the general credit and taxing power of the State. (1935, c. 430, s. 4.)
