§ 115C‑107.5.  Annualreports.

The State Board shall reportannually to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee on theimplementation of this Article and the educational performance of children withdisabilities. Each annual report shall include a copy of the followingdocuments that were submitted, received, or made public during the year: (i)the most recent State performance plan and any amendments to that plansubmitted to the Secretary of Education, (ii) compliance and monitoring reportssubmitted to the Secretary of Education, (iii) the annual report submitted tothe Secretary of Education on the performance of the State under itsperformance plan, and (iv) any other information required under IDEA to be madeavailable to the public. In addition, the annual report shall include ananalysis of the educational performance of children with disabilities in theState and a summary of disputes under Part 1D of this Chapter.
